Italian Condiment and Balsamic Vinegar

If you have not tried our Italian White Condiment and Balsamic Vinegar yet, let us introduce you to these fabulous products.

The Italian White Condiment and Balsamic Vinegar were introduced to our product range in 2018 and since then have been a great selling product. We are all familiar with balsamic vinegar, which is a much loved kitchen staple and great for this time of year, drizzled on salads and pasta. However, our Italian White Condiment is something which is a little more unknown, but going down a storm with our customers once they try it. A little sweeter and fresher tasting than its balsamic counterpart, the Italian White Condiment can compliment many of the same dishes.

One of our favourite ways to use this product is to make a homemade mint sauce, which is great at this time of year for accompanying an Easter roast lamb. Mint Sauce Recipe


  • A handful of fresh mint leaves

  • Brock and Morten Italian White Condiment

  • Sugar to taste


  • Finely chop and dice mint leaves and add to a bowl

  • Add 6/10 table spoons of Italian White Condiment and mix with the mint leaves. Ensure the mixture is well mixed and fluid. Add more Italian White Condiment if needed.

  • Taste and add a little sugar at a time as required to sweeten to the desired level.

  • Mix again thoroughly and leave overnight in the fridge to infuse if possible.
