With Spring upon us, the weather (slightly) improving and the ability to meet up outdoors with friends and family, we have been thinking more about alfresco dining. As a result, some of our Spring favourites are emerging from the pantry time and time again. Below we have listed some the the products that we use the most at this time of year.

Balsamic Vinegar

We use our balsamic vinegar in a range of ways, but at this time of year we often use it drizzled on salads or for dipping. You can also find a new recipe over on our recipe page, which is a super easy to make balsamic glazed pulled pork, ideal for entertaining without the hassle.

Lemon Rapeseed Oil

This fresh tasting flavoured rapeseed oil is so delicious used in Spring dishes. We use it in cooking with chicken and fish as well as roasted vegetables. It also makes a fabulous salad dressing when mixed with honey and mustard. This is also one of our flavoured rapeseed oils that can be used in baking too. Our lemon cake recipe is a delicious cake for any spring gathering.

Raspberry Vinegar

Our latest product to launch has spring written all over it. With its deliciously vibrant raspberry flavour this can be used on salads, glazes and even in drinks too!

Bernaise Sauce

In spring we opt for fish dishes rather a lot and our delicious bernaise sauce is a great way to add a luxurious flavour. Try this as a replacement to a typical white sauce in a fish pie too!

Mustard Mayonnaise

Lunch times in spring are just not the same without our mustard mayonnaise, from picnic sandwiches given a thick spread of this, to a good old bowl of chips to dunk in, this jar of mayonnaise made with rapeseed oil is always on the go.
