Raspberry & Mint Dressing

Ingredients

4 tablespoons of Brock & Morten Rapeseed Oil

125g fresh raspberries

2 tablespoons of sugar

Handful of fresh mint

1/2 clove of crushed garlic

2 tablespoons of white balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon of Lemon Juice

Salt and Pepper

Method

Mix the raspberries, sugar and mint together in a blender then add the other ingredients.

Perfect over salad, meat and if you are feeling adventurous then try it on ice cream!
