Fruit Scones

 
 

Ingredients

60g Dried fruit
250g Self raising flour
40g Caster sugar
120ml Milk
50g Brock and Morten natural rapeseed oil

Method

Pre-heat the oven to 200c

Mix the flour, sugar and dried fruit together in a bowl.

Add in the rapeseed oil and milk and mix into a dough. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and roll to around 2cm thick. Cut with a round, fluted or even a shaped cutter.

Add the cut out dough to a lined baking tray and brush the top with milk. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden.

Serve with butter, jam, cream or all!
