A handful of fresh mint leaves
Brock and Morten Italian White Condiment
Sugar to taste
Finely chop and dice mint leaves and add to a bowl
Add 6/10 table spoons of Italian White Condiment and mix with the mint leaves. Ensure the mixture is well mixed and fluid. Add more Italian White Condiment if needed.
Taste and add a little sugar at a time as required to sweeten to the desired level.
Mix again thoroughly and leave overnight in the fridge to infuse if possible.
