Strawberry and Balsamic Salad

Ingredients

Spinach leaves

6/10 Strawberries, depending on portion size

A few sprigs of mint leaves

3 tbsp Brock and Morten Balsamic Vinegar

1 tbsp Brock and Morten Natural Rapeseed Oil

Half a block of feta

A handful of walnuts

1tsp Chia seeds

Method

Add freshly washed spinach leaves to a serving bowl. Other salad leaves can be used too if you have a preference for other leaves. We enjoy the texture of spinach leaves with this dish.

Chop the strawberries into quarters and toss through the leaves in the serving bowl.

Crumble the feta and add this into the bowl too, along with broken up pieces of the walnuts.

Distribute the mint leaves throughout the salad.

In a separate dish, add the Brock and Morten Balsamic Vinegar and Brock and Morten Natural Rapeseed Oil. Mix together until blended and then pour over the salad. Toss the salad until the balsamic dressing is thoroughly distributed. Top with a sprinkle of chia seeds and serve.
