Hot Honey Balsamic Salmon

Ingredients

2 large salmon fillets
2 tsps Brock and Morten Garlic Rapeseed Oil
2tsp Brock and Morten Honey
4tbsp Brock and Morten Hot Honey Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste.

Method

Heat the oven to 200c and line a baking dish with foil.

Combine the Brock and Morten Garlic Rapeseed Oil, Brock and Morten Honey and Brock and Morten Hot Honey Balsamic Vinegar along with the salt and pepper into a bowl and mix together thoroughly to make a glaze.

Add the salmon filets to the foil lined tray and brush with the glaze. Don’t use all of the glaze at this point. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes before removing and adding more of the glaze before returning to the oven again. Do this every 5 minutes, or until the glaze has been used up.

After 20 minutes the salmon should be cooked through, but do check. Depending on the size of salmon fillets this may take more or less time. Once ready, serve with your choice of side. We suggest rice, salad, new potatoes or fresh greens.
