Burrata Bruschetta

Ingredients

1 crusty baguette or loaf of bread
Cherry tomatoes
Rocket
Burrata
Brock and Morten Balsamic Vinegar
Brock and Morten Garlic Rapeseed Oil

Method

Thickly slice the baguette into even pieces and toast until crisp and golden.

Whilst the toast is cooking chop the tomatoes and prepare a plate. Place the toasted bread on the plate and top with the rocket, tomatoes and burrata.

To finish, drizzle with Brock and Morten Balsamic Vinegar and Brock and Morten Garlic Rapeseed Oil.
