Hot Honey Chicken Salad
Ingredients
4 tbsp Brock and Morten Hot Honey Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1 minced garlic clove
2 chicken breasts
mixed salad leaves and salad items of your choice.
Method
We recommend cooking the chicken in the air fryer to get a crispy finish. Add some Brock and Morten Rapeseed Oil to the chicken breasts and put them in the air fryer for 10 minutes.
Whilst the chicken breast is cooking, add the 4 tbsp Brock and Morten Hot Honey Balsamic Vinegar, honey and garlic to a bowl and mix together thoroughly.
After the chicken has cooked for 10 minutes, coat it with the mixed glaze and put it back in the air fryer for another 10 minutes, or longer if required to ensure it is fully cooked.
Whilst the chicken cooks with the glaze, prepare the salad. Slice the cooked chicken when it has cooked fully and serve with the salad.
