Raspberry & Elderflower Cocktail
Ingredients
2 tbsp Brock and Morten Raspberry Vinegar
Sparkling elderflower or prosecco to fill the glass
Elderflower liqueur (if choosing the cocktail option)
Ice
Raspberries & mint for garnish
Method
This refreshing drink can be adapted as a cocktail or mocktail, without loosing any of the delicious flavour.
For the Cocktail
Fill a glass with ice and add the 2 tbsps Brock and Morten Raspberry Vinegar, along with the elderflower liqueur and mix well. Top with prosecco.
Finish with raspberries and mint to garnish.
For the Mocktail
Fill a glass with ice and add the 2 tbsps Brock and Morten Raspberry Vinegar. Top with elderflower cordial.
Finish with raspberries and mint to garnish.
