Garlic and Herb Marinade

Ingredients

3 cloves of garlic
6 tablespoons Brock and Morten Garlic Rapeseed Oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tea spoons of herbs de provence
a good pinch of sea salt and pepper

Method

Mince the garlic until it forms a smooth paste. Add to a bowl and add in the Brock and Morten Garlic Rapeseed Oil. vinegar, herbs and salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly and add to the vegetables or meat that you would like to flavour. Cover and leave to marinade for at least an hour before cooking, but up to 8 hours and ideally overnight.

This is one of our favourite marinades to use on BBQ chicken skewers, but it can be used on any meat and vegetables to add a powerful kick of flavour.
