Homemade Baked Beans

Ingredients

130g softened butter
2 tablespoons Brock and Morten Garlic Rapeseed Oil
2 garlic cloves, grated
1 teaspoon chopped thyme
1 teaspoon chopped rosemary
a good pinch of sea salt
1 large cauliflower

Method

Heat the oven to 180c

Put the whole cauliflower into a pan of boiling water for 5 minutes.

Whisk up the butter and add in the Brock and Morten Garlic Rapeseed Oil, grated garlic cloves, herbs and salt.

Remove the cauliflower from the water and a place on a sheet of foil. Gather the foil around the edges of the cauliflower and add to a baking tray. Spread the butter mixture all over the cauliflower and cover the whole cauliflower with the foil in a parcel.

Bake in the oven for 50 minutes to an hour. Serve immediately once cooked.

We love this recipe both as a side dish with a BBQ or just on its own as a light lunch.
